Dr. Alexander (AJ) Pacis
'I've always known that I wanted to be a healthcare practitioner. My introduction to Chiropractic was after a horrible lower back sports injury that sidelined me for three weeks straight. Chiropractic not only naturally helped me move pain-free but also helped with a number of health issues I was dealing with at the time. Most importantly, I understood that my poor health was taking me away from things that were most important to me, such as school, sports and quality time with my family and friends. Being under the influence of Chiropractic to improve my health and quality of life, I wanted to help bring that same amazing experience to those around me and decided to study to become a Chiropractor. I absolutely love what I do, and look forward to the positive changes that I get to see my patients go through and the goals we get to achieve through the power of Chiropractic adjustments.'
Dr. AJ graduated from York University with a Bachelors of Science with Honours in Kinesiology and Health Science. He then went on to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. AJ likes to use a number of techniques to tailor to each patient's needs. The techniques he commonly incorporates into his adjustments are Diversified, Thompson Technique and instrument-assisted adjustments, such as Activator. He continues his education annually to sharpen and learn new techniques in order to cater to everyone who visits our clinic.
Dr. AJ is an active member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. He is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
Dr. AJ has spent almost all his life in Mississauga. When he isn’t adjusting patients, he loves playing basketball, volleyball and softball on a regular basis. He has also volunteered on mission trips to the Philippines to provide chiropractic care in remote areas devastated by natural disasters.
